VILLA ROSA
Villa Rosa is located at 1130 m above sea level, at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by mountains, with a wonderful view of the surrounding peaks.
The house at Valeriepromenade 6 was built in 1911 and was a private villa, boarding house, boarding school & apartment house. Over the course of history it had many different names until it was sold in 2020, lovingly restored with attention to the preservation of old details and was eventually named Villa Rosa.
It was restored what could be saved thus the villa was very gently kissed awake again. Many old pieces of furniture and pictures were preserved and reused. In the interior design, special emphasis was placed on materials such as wood, brass and high-quality fabrics.
Villa Rosa is our cozy base camp in the mountains. It is a place of peace for family and friends, a retreat – far away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna and Bad Gastein, where we can always refuel our energy tanks in this crazy world. Villa Rosa a project I pour my heart in
COME IN…
Today the house has five apartments, which are individually equipped and designed. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom with toilet/shower and a balcony with a marvellous view.
The heart of Villa Rosa is the loft Marie in the attic with an open kitchen, a cozy reading area with lounge chairs and a large sofa corner with harmonious cushions and cuddly blankets.
The apartments can be booked individually, or for large families or friends, the entire villa can be rented.
The Stube in the basement – originally the breakfast room – has been lovingly restored and is now the children’s playroom, where the little ones can romp or the older ones can have their rest.
The large terrace is freely accessible to all. Here you will find a lounge set and sun chairs for warm days. The garden can also be used. It suits perfectly for meditation & some yoga.
