Fluffing the beds, clearing the breakfast table – if you don’t want to do this yourself during your vacation, you can rely on our nice housekeeper.
For an extra charge she comes to the house in the morning, runs errands, looks after things and keeps order where we are on vacation.
Vacation “partially serviced” for those who want to have a particularly good time.
We take the cleaning of the apartments and the house especially seriously. The well-being of our guests is very important to us and we want to prevent infections by the Coronavirus. Every cleaning starts with disinfected hands. Disinfectant is used to thoroughly clean all areas that are frequently touched – such as handles, countertops, light switches, remote controls and appliances.
Liquid hand soap is available in all bathrooms and hand sanitizer is available for our guests in the vestibule.
This is not only our way to stay 100% clean, but also to ensure you have a safe vacation.

2.5 kilometers by train into the Radhausberg near Böckstein to the natural radon gallery. A therapy with Heilstollen entrances leads to an improvement especially in chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, the respiratory tract and the skin.
After clarification by a doctor, the train leads into the mountain – where something much more valuable was found in the search for gold in the 1940s: relief for pain patients – here they too can find peace for a change. The immune system is boosted by the alpha radiation, the repair function of the cells is stimulated and, in turn, anti-inflammatory messenger substances are sent out. Long-lasting pain relief, savings on medication for up to a year and immune stabilization are the scientifically proven effects of radon therapy in the Heilstollen in Austria.
Heilstollen therapy in Gastein is recognized by Austrian and German health insurance companies. Villa Rosa is only 1 bus stop away from the Heilstollen and is therefore easily accessible by public transport as well as by private car.
